Welcome to a day of adventure with Scubadore Hurghada! A day on the Red Sea is the heart of any dive trip, and we’ve designed our daily program to be as relaxing, enjoyable, and seamless as possible. We believe a dive day should be about the experience, not about rushing.
This page outlines our typical daily itinerary so you know exactly what to expect when you join us for a day of world-class diving. Please remember that times are approximate and can be adjusted to make the most of the day’s conditions.
The Scubadore Hurghada Daily Itinerary
Our schedule is designed to give you two fantastic dives, a delicious lunch, and plenty of time to relax and soak up the beautiful Egyptian sun.
Morning | Hotel Pickup & Welcome Aboard
Your relaxing day starts with a hassle-free pickup directly from your hotel. We will contact you the day before your trip to confirm your exact pickup time, which is scheduled to get you to the boat comfortably and without rushing.
08:15 – 08:30 | Welcome to Your Home on the Water
Once you arrive at the marina, you’ll be welcomed aboard our comfortable and spacious dive boat by our friendly crew. This is the perfect time to find a spot to relax, enjoy a morning coffee or tea, meet your fellow divers, and get acquainted with our team for the day.
08:30 – 10:00 | Journey to First Dive Site
As we leave the marina and head out onto the beautiful Red Sea, this is the time to prepare for your underwater adventure. Your PADI guide will conduct a detailed and comprehensive briefing about the first dive site, covering the site layout, marine life highlights, and all safety procedures. You’ll have plenty of time to set up your equipment in a relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere.
Approx. 10:00 | Dive One: The First Plunge
It’s time to dive! In your small group, you’ll descend with your guide into the crystal-clear waters for the first exploration of the day. Whether it’s a vibrant coral garden or a stunning wall, you’ll enjoy a full, relaxed dive focused on discovery and enjoyment.
Approx. 12:00 | Lunch & Relaxation
After your first dive, you’ll be ready for a delicious, freshly prepared lunch served on board. Following lunch, we begin our surface interval. This is your time to relax completely. You can head to the sundeck to work on your tan, chat with new friends, read a book in the shade, or even go for a swim and a snorkel. This break typically lasts from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, ensuring you are fully rested for your next dive.
Approx. 13:30 | Dive Two: A New Adventure
For the second dive of the day, we will move to a different dive site, offering you a variety of experiences. After your guide’s briefing, you’ll get to explore a new underwater landscape, building on the amazing memories from the first dive.
Approx. 15:00 | The Journey Home
As we cruise back to the marina, this is the perfect time to log your dives with your guide, share stories and photos, and simply enjoy the stunning afternoon views of the Red Sea.
Approx. 16:30 | Return to Harbour & Transfer
Once we arrive back at the marina, your transfer will be waiting to take you back to your hotel, full of unforgettable memories from a fantastic day of diving.
A Crucial Note on Our Dive Site Selection
Our Commitment to Your Safety and the Best Possible Experience
We receive many requests for specific dive sites, and we completely understand the excitement of wanting to visit a particular location. However, we want to be transparent about how and why we choose our dive sites each day.
We cannot guarantee any specific dive site in advance.
Our daily dive site selection is made by our experienced Captain and dive guides on the morning of the trip. This decision is based on three crucial factors:
- Safety First, Always: The weather and sea conditions in the Red Sea can be unpredictable. A site that was perfectly calm yesterday might have strong currents or waves today. Your safety is our absolute, non-negotiable priority, and we will only ever take you to sites that are safe for the day’s conditions.
- Providing the Best Dive: Our goal is to give you the best possible underwater experience. This means choosing sites that have the calmest conditions and the best visibility on that particular day.
- The Divers on Board: We cater our dive sites to the certification level, experience, and comfort of the guests on the boat. A site that is perfect for a group of experienced Advanced divers may not be suitable for new Open Water divers.
While we cannot promise a specific location, we can promise that our team will use their expert local knowledge to select two incredible dive sites that offer the best, safest, and most enjoyable experience for everyone on board. Your trust in our professional judgment is what allows us to deliver a premium and unforgettable day on the Red Sea.
